SANI-ITA provides our clients with the ability to visualise their data by combining raster imagery, elevation models and vector data in three-dimensional views. Raster imagery may be in ERDAS IMAGINE *.img format, jpeg or tiff for example, while vector data can be ingested as ARC/INFO coverages or AutoCAD formats. Views can be manipulated and queried in the ERDAS VirtualGIS World Editor. Fly-throughs can be distributed, to mention just some, in *.avi and *.mpg formats. This service is of particular importance to clients involved in mission planning, watershed analysis and telecommunications.
